Our double 3/32in. elevator door sheave is sized for hiding in set walls. It has sealed ball bearings for low friction.  This double sheave will fit inside the door frame of an elevator set. We usually rig elevator doors with 1/16" 7x19 cable even though the sheave will pass 3/32" cable. The 1/16" cable has less bending resistance than the 3/32" as it breaks over the small diameter pulley. Note: no shackle available for the double pulley size.  Fits in a small wall space for on-set elevator rigging. |
