Our NEW 3/16in x 2-1/2in High Speed Diamond Snatch Block. Intended for synthetic rope use, this compact block is only 5-3/4in long by 2-3/4in wide by 1in thick! Weighs only 12 ounces. Shackle hole on one end, carabiner hole on the other end. Monstrous double row sealed precision High Speed bearing. Stainless steel axle. Cheeks are 6061T6 black anodized Aluminum. A black oxide stainless steel captive pin shackle is included. A rigger"s delight. Note the recent destructive test: 3/16" cable sling broke at 8250 lbs (3742 kg) and the snatch block was undamaged.

Check out the monster bearing on the pulley. Double row High Speed double sealed High Speed bearing. Groove diameter is 1/4" so the pulley will pass a synthetic rope splice!

We test the strength of our blocks at BC Wire Rope and Rigging. There they pull test until something breaks, and that breaking point is recorded. With our blocks, something other than the block breaks, almost always the cable or rope. This 3/16" cable sling broke at 8250 lbs and the block was undamaged. The steel carabiner was slightly bent.
