These sheaves are supplied with black oxide coated stainless steel captive pin shackles of the highest quality and strength. The captive pin allows you to install the shackle one handed without the risk of dropping a separate pin.

1/2" (12,7mm) by 3.9" (99mm) pulley used in these sheaves. Machined from 6061T6 aluminum on a modern precision CNC lathe and hand finished prior to high quality Type II blue anodizing. The axle is turned from 303 stainless steel on a Haas CNC Turning center and then precision centerless ground to ensure a perfect fit. Replaceable double row high speed double sealed precision metric bearing. Totally quiet and smooth.
